optique number 6
Optique number 6 magic mirror question and answer gameBliss Warehouse
Optique no. 6:

A Peepshow of the London tunnel...Optique no. 6 in the French series of peepshows. Very fine with slipcase.

$1500

The Magic Mirror:
Made by Mcloughlin, this is the only American anamorphic toy I know of. in fact 9 out of 10 mirrors (made of mercury) are repros. There are 22 different anamorphic cards. These were copied from a comparable French set. Everything is original, c. 1885

$1750

Game of Question and Answer:

A fine hand colored game of question and answer, c. 1850, box is 5" x 6", cards are 2 ½" x 4 1/2". The cards are in German, French, and English.

$475

Bliss Warehouse:

This warehouse is probably one of the rarest buildings Bliss made. An ingeniously designed piece, basically in excellent condition but missing the winding dowel and string which would take package up to the second level; one side is reattached from the back.

$975
