Picture Cards with Red Border
A very unusual set of 30 numbered hand-colored cards with various scenes of children and soldiers. Probably from about 1860, these are charming scenes some of which have French subtitles. Probably from a card or board game. The cards are 5" x 3 1/2". The cards are in excellent condition aside from a bend on the first and last card which are both straightened.
